As a Catering and Bar Supervisor you will:
Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations
Supervise, coach, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues swiftly and professionally
Step into the Manager role when needed
Attend seminars / training courses as required.
Promote the company’s services and facilities to all customers.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
Confident leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, can-do attitude
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
Solid understanding of bar operations & HACCP

Requirements
High standard of personal hygiene and grooming
Punctuality, reliably and a positive, friendly attitude are an absolute must.
Fluency in the English language required.
Proficiency in an teanga Gaeilge would be an advantage.
Immediate Start. You must be eligible to work in Ireland.
All relevant training will be provided.
